Dosage and Instructions

Quantity sufficient for whole-body application or localised application. Massage in the oil for at least 15-20 minutes and follow up by sudation or a warm bath for best results.

Key Ingredients

Tila Tailam(Sesamum Indicum)

Commonly known as sesame oil also has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The topical application of sesame oil is found to relieve chronic inflammations. It is also helpful in increasing the flexibility of muscles and protects joints from oxidative stress due to its anti-oxidant properties ( prevents damaging cells).

ErandaTailam(Ricinus communis)

All the parts of this herb have medicinal value. Castor seeds and seed oil is used from ancient times to cure disorders like rheumatism, worm infestation, and abdominal disorders. External application of this oil is used to relieve boils, furuncles, and various skin related disorders. Internally, castor oil is taken to relieve constipation. The oil is also applied over the scalp as well as eyebrows for better growth of the hair.

Dhenuksheera

cows Milk. It’s a balanced diet. It’s packed with important nutrients like calcium, phosphorus, B vitamins, potassium, and vitamin D. Milk is an excellent source of protein. Drinking milk and dairy products may prevent osteoporosis (pores in the bone) and bone fractures and even help you maintain a healthy weight. milk as a pre-conditioner to deal with dry and frizzy hair. Apply it to your hair for an hour before you take a head bath. It can soften your hair and reduce frizz. Protein in milk works as a basic building block for hair and skin.

Agnimantha(Premna Integrifloria)

Agnimantha is used in the treatment of all types of Vata Disorders (diseases related to thenervous and musculoskeletal system), inflammatory disorders, neuralgia, rheumatoid arthritis, anemia, piles, constipation, common cold, and loss of appetite. The extracts of the plant are used to treat diabetes. Urinary tract infections are also treated using Agnimantha extracts. Besides, its decoction is used to enhance strength immunity following fever treatment.

Shalaparni(Desmodium gangeticum)

One among the dashamoolas. Properties include aphrodisiac (sexual desires) analgesic, diuretic, and anti-inflammatory. Used in postnatal complaints, diarrhea, chronic fever, biliousness, cough, vomiting, and asthma.

Prishnaparni(Uraria picta)

One among the dashamoolas. with properties of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiemetic,aphrodisiac it is used in different preparations. It is effectively used in fracture conditions. The Uraria species is useful in the quick healing of bone fractures. It is used as a cardio and nerve tonic and has anti-inflammatory, expectorant, and diuretic properties.

Brihati (Solanum indicum)

One among the dashamoolas. Used in the treatment of respiratory ailments, dropsy, heartdiseases, chronic fever, colic, scorpion stings, difficulty in urination, and worm infestation. A root decoction is administered in respiratory disorders like asthma, cough, etc. Brihatiis a benefit providing herb in conditions of digestive troubles and has effective results in appetite, indigestion, dysentery, gas, and intestinal worms. This herb stimulates and strengthens the heart and is useful in cardiac disorders and improves the condition of edema.

Shyonaka(Oroxylum indicum)

Commonly known as Indian caper. One among the Dashamoolas. It’s anti-inflammatory and analgesic in nature. A seed paste is applied to treat boils and wounds. The bark decoction is diuretic and useful in diarrhea and dysentery. It will increase the appetite, as well as reveals constipation. It is a potential herb against cancer, due to its potential cytotoxic and anti-metastasis properties.

Gokshura(Tribulus terrestris)

It is a natural aphrodisiac(arouses sexual desire) and has diuretic property thus it’s used in urinary disorders Used to tone muscles before childbirth, to cause an abortion, and to stimulate milk flow. Effective in treating chest pain, eczema, enlarged prostate, sexual disorders, and infertility. The dry herb is boiled in water and giver in urinary problems.

Patala(Stereospermum suaveolens)

One among the dashamoola. It counteracts on pitta and Kapha. It cures swelling over the body. Effective in bleeding disorders and vomiting. It is used in snake bite, scorpion bite, vomiting, etc. It is neuroprotective and protects the liver. The herb is used for blood disorders such as anemia. It promotes the production of red blood cells. It also provides relief from symptoms associated with anemia such as lethargy, fatigue, and weakness. Roots are used for treating diseases such as bronchial asthma, blood disorders, jaundice, vomiting, paralysis, rheumatism.

Gambari(Gmelina arborea)

Commonly known as beech wood. It acts as a rasayanas. It has an action on bleeding disorders. Balances Vata dosha. It nourishes the body. with its anti-inflammatory property, It is used to relieve pain and swelling.

Haritaki(Terminalia chebula)

Commonly known as Indian walnut tree. One among the Triphala. The important drug in the various ayurvedic preparations. It holds high significance for treating diarrhea, dysentery, vision problems, obesity, gingivitis, gout, asthma. Applying haritaki powder along with coconut oil in the form of paste is used to heal wounds due to its astringent property. It also helps fight against infectious agents and prevents skin infections.

Vibhitaki(Terminalia bellerica)

Commonly known as bahera. One among the Triphala. The fruit of the plant is used. The drug is used in the preparation of many rasayanas as well used in obesity, maintaining blood sugar level, enhances digestion, relieves constipation, etc. Bibhitaki is high in gallic acid and ellagic acid, two phytochemicals that have beneficial effects on blood sugar levels, insulin sensitivity, and body weight

Amalaki(Embilica officinalis)

Commonly known as Indian gooseberry. One among the Triphala. Rich with vitamin C Amalaki is known for its anti-aging property and as an immunity booster. Commonly used for maintaining cholesterol levels, heartburn, and diabetic conditions. Emblica officinalis is used as anti-oxidant, immune-modulatory, antipyretic, analgesic, cytoprotective, anti- ulcer, immune-modulatory, anti-inflammatory, antitussive andgastroprotective.

Yashtimadhu(Glycyrrhiza glabra)

Roots as choorna are mainly used for ayurvedic preparations as well as a single drug.Yashtimadhu oil externally used for various skin conditions as well as decoctions is usedinternally for respiratory disorders and digestive disorders. Yashtimadhu can be used effectively in the prevention and treatment of oral mucositis post-radiation and chemotherapy in patients of cancer, especially of the head and neck region. The presence of glycyrrhizin and its compound, carbenoxolone, makes yashti a good remedy for constipation, acidity, heartburn, stomach discomfort, inflammation of the digestive system, and gastroesophageal acid reflux. Manjishta(Rubia Cordifolia)

Manjistha herb can be used both internally and externally on skin for promoting skin whitening. It helps manage acne and pimples by inhibiting the growth of acne-causing bacteria due to its antioxidant property.

Ela(Elettaria cardamomum)

Called as the true cardamom. Widely used due to its aroma and medicinal uses. Cardamom is chewed in bad breath conditions. It is very beneficial in the congestion of the lungs and other pulmonary diseases. It is also used as a laxative and used to prevent stomach pain, flatulence, and gripping.

Tvak(Syzygium aromaticum)

It’s the aromatic flower buds clove. Clove is most commonly applied directly to the gums for toothache, pain control during dental work, and other dental-related issues. Clove oil has biological activities, such as antibacterial, antifungal, insecticidal, and antioxidant properties, and is used traditionally as a savoring agent and antimicrobial material in food.

Bala(Sida cordifolia)

One of the main ingredients in many of the ayurvedic formulation and mainly used in vataja disorder. Also useful in pregnancy to make milk decoction for easy delivery. The pounded leaves are used to relieve swelling, the fruits are used to relieve headache, the mucilage is used as an emollient, and the root is used to treat rheumatism.

Devadaru(Cedrus deodara)

Devadaru is useful in skin disorders, helminthiasis, and ulcers and is a wound cleanser. Also helps in removing flatulence and aids in removing toxins from the gut. Effective painkiller due to its analgesic properties. External application of the paste of Deodar helps to relieve pain, swelling, inflammation, cleansing infected wounds and skin disorders associated with pain and itching. Himalayan Cedar oil is also used in headache, arthritis pain, and infected wounds, externally.
